ticket

A feature that lets you assemble event data related to a specific threat, along with recommended corrective actions. You can also export ticket data to external help desk applications, such as Remedy Help Desk.

Record of all communication between the SOC, customer, and third parties related to a variety of issues, including security incident escalation, device troubleshooting, customer service requests, and more.
